For those of you who saw my number plates with the club badge on them at the Frimley Green game on Saturday and were thinking of doing the same I have done a little research on the WWW regarding legality and where to get them done.
From what I read it would be illegal for me to display my nice new plates on my car in place of the ones currently secured to the front and rear of the car.
The only emblems permitted on the plates, apparently, are shown below
To find out more about personalized number plates click here Just out of interest I did a search on 'AFCW2002' as a registration and nothing was found so I assume that some lucky person could buy it and display it if they so wished.
